| What is HomeTalk Service? |
Home Talk is the Indirect Access (IDA) service from Veda Telecom.
Upon dialling the access number ‘ 0207 998 3101’ from mobiles
you will be diverted to our system. We terminate your calls
via high quality carriers |
| How do I access this service? |
| From Registered Phones -
Mobile: 0207 998 3101
From any other phone dial -
0207 998 3101 or 08004587213

Can I make calls from pay as you go mobiles? |
Pay as you go customers using 0207 access number should check
with their mobile network operator about the call rates. |
| How do I check my Balance? |
Dial 0207 998 3101 and press *1. |
| Will my phone number change? |
No, you still keep your old phone number and pay your monthly
line rental if applicable to your service provider like BT,
NTL etc. |
| How many phones can I register? |
You can register upto 8 Phone numbers for this service.

| Can you use this service from other phones? |
You will also be allocated a PIN number, which allows you
to make calls form any phone apart from the registered phones.

| Is there a limit on TopUp? |
No, You can TopUp as much as necessary. Please call our customer
services for more details. |
| I registered my phone numbers why are not working? |
| This service will work only when our system recognises your
CLI i.e. your telephone number.
Landlines -
make sure you are not calling from PABX lines or you have
barred your caller ID.
Mobiles - you
need to check your call settings and turn your send caller
identity to ON.
